Meet The Team:

Owner & Designer – Justin

A keen model railway enthusiast with many years experience in both building model railways and the retail side of the hobby. Spotting a gap in the market for high quality Downloadable kits, texture papers and scenic products Justin lunched the business in 2009 and has worked hard to develop a growing range of authentic building kits & texture papers.

Designer – Graham

A.k.a. “Cut ‘n’ Paste” is a retired teacher and long-time paper modeller from the Northwest of England, who lived in France for a while but has now returned to the North of England. He regularly posts on Papermodelers.com, and is active on other paper modelling forums. As well as buildings for model railways, he designs and builds vehicles in 1/100th scale, particularly lorries and buses.

Accounting, Prototyping, Packing & Shipping – Tina Wooders

Without Tina, we’d struggle to get anything done… She’s truly the brains behind the business and takes care of the day to day running of things, making sure that order that need to be packed go out on time and that we’re on schedule with stuff. Plus she’s remarkably good at building our prototypes! She’s just so darn neat!

At Model Railway Scenery we’re serious about satisfaction, and want you to get the best from all of the products we develop. If you have any questions, comments or feedback regarding our products, please drop me us a line via the Contact page, Twitter or Facebook and we’ll do our best to help!

Don’t forget to drop by our other sites too. We’ve got some fantastic scenery tips and how-to movies over on our Scenery Expert site, plus you can meet up, chat, share ideas, and trade your unwanted model railway items on our Model Railway social networking site, RailwayModellers.com

We wish all our customers – past, present and future – the very best and hope that we can help you get more from the worlds most popular hobby… Railway Modelling.

Your products seem to be very god for my British layout. (I live in Canada) However I do have a couple of questions.
    Do I require 8 1/2 X 11 inch paper or 11 X 14 ?
what is the exact cost to me as a (foreigner) for each type that I purchase.?
Did I understand correctly that once I have made my purchases I can use them indefinitely?
Am I obliged to use pay pal or can I use Visa??

      Hi Roger,

All our kits are designed to be printed onto either A4 sized white card or paper which is 8.26″ x 11.69″ (see here ). However, you should be able to print most of them directly onto letter sized card. There may be the odd occasion where a certain section of the kit would be cut off due to it effectively falling off the edge of the paper. If that were to happen, we’ll gladly adjust the files for the kit to make them printable on Letter (8.5″ x 11″) paper for you.

The price you pay is the price shown on the site. All our kits are priced in UK £’s (GBP) and the exact cost will be determined by PayPal as the exchange rate will vary from day to day. If you want to quickly check the cost to yourself, just put the kit price into and it will give you an approximate price.

You are correct in assuming you may use the kits indefinitely for your own personal use once you have made a purchase. All you are restricted from doing is reselling the kit in either digital or printed form, or giving it away to all your friends. Each purchases made is to be used by yourself only.

We use PayPal for payments, but if you don’t have a PayPal account, there is an option on PayPals own payment page, as you go through the checkout process to pay with a credit card instead.

I hope that helps answer your questions. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

      Thanks,

      Justin
